		<description>Twhirl is definitely a distraction sometimes, especially if you have that little sound that lets you know someone replied or DM&#039;d you! I&#039;ve been coining the phrase &quot;effective flow&quot; to battle &quot;productivity&quot;. I was tatlking with @shannonrenee about the pros and cons of being overly organized. Time management is definitely something I&#039;m always working on!</description>

		<description>High productivity hours makes sense - I find that closing out of twirl helps alot.  If it&#039;s open, new tweets keep popping up - like new emails in outlook.  It&#039;s death by twitter if you have a lot of work to do...</description>
